Good book suggestions anyone?
So I find that I feel like I am feeding Brenna ALL DAY if I don't have a distraction. I have been reading while she eats and that works great. My problem is I go to the library and just walk around and can't figure out what to check out. I would love to try some of your favorites if anyone is willing to share. Thanks!

The Thirteenth Tale! I lOVED IT also try some Harlen Coben he writes thriller mysteries. Let me know if you need any more suggestions!
I'm almost finished with Raising Positive Kids in a Negative World by Zig Ziglar- Don't know if you'd be into that kind of book. My mom made me promise to read it and I'm really glad I am.
How coordinated are you? Maybe I'll call and give you someone to talk to while you're feeding her.
I've been reading the Sookie Stackhouse novels Dead after Dark Series by Charlene Harris. I kinda like them.
Hi Kimmy! I am so happy your little angel is here and she is very gorgeous- excellent job on the baby making! As one new mother to another on the eating topic just enjoy it. If she wants to nurse all day let her. It is an EXTREMELY short time that she will be doing it and certainly a time to treasure. I know its taxing but trust that it is the BEST thing for her! And again such a small blip in the radar in perspective of the first year =) you and her will be so glad that you did! I will get busy and put some pictures up of our angel..... there is nothing better that being a Mommy! XOXOXOXO, Brandi Maw
I just read The Saving Graces by Patricia Gaffney. It was a good chick-book. I also just finished the Twilight series (I was totally agianst them but my sister-in-law kept insisting and finally just gave me one) I LOVED THEM. That's about all I've read in the last month. Hope it helps.PS I read when I nurse to, I feel I can still bond but not be twiddiling my fingers at the same time.
So Krystal already suggested the Twilight books, which I also love, so, yeah, I second that recommendation! I also LOVED the other book that lady wrote. It's called the Host. Barb read all those, too, so she'd know if you'd like them or not. I loved the Host. I'm going to read it again soon since I can't find any other books that catch my interest either! :)
ok well i have NO idea what your type of book is. However, here's my list.
confessions of a shopoholic (read it before you go see it!)
sisterhood of the traveling pants (there are four books and they are all GREAT)
3 Willows (by same author just a new set of girls)
As you can tell I read pretty fun, light, fiction. So it totally depends on what you want. Good luck with your search! Your little one is adorable. Looks just like you!
Kimberly! I'm so sorry it's taken me forever to get to your blog! I was reminded the other day of what the address is, and here I am! Brenna is an absolute angel! I love the pictures! But as for a book, the only ones I've been reading are for school, so I can't help you there. The last one I read was the twilight series this summer, which I'm almost positive you've already read. But I'm so excited to see your baby is so good! I'm glad your little family is doing so well. Hopefully we'll be able to see her soon in person!
Kimbo! I'm so glad you see you and Brenna are doing well! As for book suggestions, I have an endless fountain of them because I am the hugest book nerd you will ever find. I love to read and am always in the middle of something. Recently, I have loved Ruth Hall by Fanny Fern which is a classic novel about a woman overcoming adversity, The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood (it's a really interesting futuristic utopian/dystopian novel--a very quick read), The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini about a young boy's life in modern-day Afghanistan (absolutely piercing), and Cry the Beloved Country by Alan Paton which is about life in South Africa--it was kind of slow at times, but I really enjoyed it overall. Hope this helps, and I hope we get to see you guys soon!
Hi Kimberly and Zach! I stumbled across your blog and had to say hello, and congratulations on your BEAUTIFUL little girl. She is lucky:)
So I read a ton and just finished the best books ever. The Kingdom and the Crown series. They have been out a while, so maybe you've already read them. I got my whole family reading them too! Anyway, I know what it's like to feel like all you do is feed the baby! Good luck!
Hey Kimberly! I found your blog from Kara Martin's. I don't know if you remember me, but we were in Music Man together, and went to school together and stuff. Anyway- hope you don't mind if I check in on you guys! Your little girl is adorable! Tell Zach hi. And as far as books go - I love the books by Marcia Lynn McClure. Definitely worth reading!
Hey Kimberly! I found your blog through a mutual friends and I love it. Congrats on Brenna - she is adorable and I am so excited for you!!! Hope you and the hubby are doing well! Sarah Chandler Buehler
Hey you guys! Congratulations, your baby is beautiful- and I love her name! Danny loved The Great and the Terrible series from Deseret Book and also felt it very relevant. That's all I got suggestion wise, however. I can totally relate to feeling like you are nursing all day. Somedays you wonder why you even put a shirt on at all!
You don't know me, but I know Zach and his family. I just wanted to say congrats on the newborn. The first is always so much fun! She is beautiful. Tell Zach hello.
