Adria Grace Miller joined our family on September 22nd, 2011 at 1:22 p.m. She weighed...ready for this...9 pounds 5 ounces and was 22 inches long. I had debated trying natural childbirth this time around but when we were 3 days passed her due date and digging into my precious maternity leave we decided to induce labor. I was not interested in trying natural childbirth while on Pitocin so I opted for the epidural. Everything went incredibly well. We checked in at 6:30 a.m. They started me on Pitocin about 7:15, they broke my water about 9:00, I got my epidural about 10:00 and she was born at 1:22. The funny thing is Zach took a very modest video of the delivery and we watched and realized I only pushed for 1 minute and 45 seconds. It was wonderful!

CONGRATULATIONS!!! I so didn't hear about you having little Adria until a couple of days ago! All I could remember is that you were due in September, so I knew it had to be soon! I guess your mom sent me and my mom a text neither of us got! So I'm sorry to not congratulate you before this! But CONGRATULATIONS! Love you and am so happy for you guys and your newest beautiful girl!
